My stay at the hotel was pretty enjoyable overall, with an exceptional level of service from staff members like Ana and Sarah who truly made me feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. I really loved how family-friendly this place is, especially with all the activities for kids. However, the dining options, especially at breakfast, could improve in variety.
